Event of the Project Reinforced interfaces between structural members in ancient monuments (IAMON)

Within the framework of the research Project Reinforced Interfaces between Structural Members in Ancient Monuments (IAMON), an event entitled “Seismic response of columns and colonnades or Seismic response of ancient monuments – The role of vertical connectors” is organised.

The event will take place on Wednesday, July 10, 2024, in Athens, at the Multimedia Amphitheatre of NTUA at the Polytechnic Campus in Zografou.

The purpose of the event is an interactive meeting of academics, researchers, professionals and other interested parties to present the research that has been conducted in the field of ancient monuments. Particular emphasis will be placed on interfaces with vertical connectors between structural members in ancient monuments.

The research Project is supported by the Hellenic Foundation for Research and Innovation (H.F.R.I.) under the “3rd Call for H.F.R.I. Research Projects to Support Postdoctoral Researchers”.
