HFRI operates the website www.elidek.gr, which employs cookies, including strictly necessary cookies required for proper website functionality, as well as Performance Cookies aimed at enhancing its overall operation. What are cookies?

They allow the user to browse safely the website of H.F.R.I. and use its features, such as accessing secure areas. Precisely on account of their strictly necessary nature, they are always turned on without any special user consent being required and cannot be turned off. According to the relevant legal framework (paragraph 5 of article 4 of Law 3471/2006), you do not have the capacity to choose whether to reject the installation of these cookies or not, as without them it would not be technically possible to provide services from the website of H.F.R.I.

Β. Performance cookies:

These are third-party cookies (Google Analytics) that deploy the way visitors use the website in order to improve its functions. They collect information about the use of the site, such as which pages you visit most often and if you receive error messages from the site. This information helps in monitoring the performance of the website, the measurement of visits, the monitoring of access to the site and so on. These cookies do not collect information that identifies you, as they collect them in an aggregated manner and therefore remain anonymous. They are used only for statistical purposes that help improve the operation of the website.

The cookie is created when the JavaScript library is running and there are no __utma cookies. The cookie is updated each time data is sent to Google Analytics.
__utmb 1 29 minutes The cookie is set by Google Analytics and is used to determine new sessions/visits. It is created when the JavaScript library is running and there are no __utma cookies. The cookie is updated each time data is sent to Google Analytics.
__utmc 1 session The cookie is set by Google Analytics and is deleted when the user closes the browser. It is not used by ga.js. It is used to enable interoperability with urchin.js which is an older version of Google Analytics and is used in conjunction with the __utmb cookie to determine new logins/visits.
__utmt 1 9 minutes The cookie is set by Google Analytics and is used to throttle request rate.
__utmz 1 5 months, 29 days, 11 hours, 59 minutes This cookie is set by Google Analytics and is used to store the traffic source or campaign through which the visitor reached your site.


  1. Third-party cookies:

Some of our pages display external providers’ content, e.g. YouTube. IDE 1 1 year, 23 days, 23 hours, 59 minutes This cookie is used by Google DoubleClick and stores information about how the user uses the website and any other advertisement before visiting the site. It is used to present users with ads related to them according to the user profile.
NID 1 5 months, 29 days, 23 hours, 59 minutes This cookie is used in a profile based on the interests of the user and displays personalized ads to users.
test_cookie 1 14 minutes This cookie is set by doubleclick.net. Its purpose is to determine if the browser of the users supports cookies.
VISITOR_INFO1_LIVE 1 5 months, 26 days, 23 hours, 59 minutes This cookie is set by YouTube. It is used to monitor the information of the embedded YouTube videos on a website.
YSC 1 session  These cookies are set by YouTube and are used to monitor the views of embedded videos.
GPS 1 29 minutes This cookie is set by YouTube and registers a unique ID for monitoring users based on their geographical location
