The Hellenic Foundation for Research and Innovation (H.F.R.I.) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Christos Kittas, Honorary Professor of the Faculty of Medicine and former Rector of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, former Minister of Health and Social Solidarity and former Minister of Education and Religious Affairs, as a new member of the Scientific Council of the Foundation, in the field of ‘Medicine and Health Sciences’.
With his long career and contributions to the field of medicine and research, Prof. Kittas will make a significant contribution to the work of the Scientific Council of the Hellenic Academy of Medical Sciences and will strengthen the Foundation’s mission to promote research and innovation in the country.
