The Hellenic Foundation for Research and Innovation (HFRI), committed to its mission to support research endeavors in Greece without thematic and geographical limitations, today, on Thursday, April 11, 2024, published the 4th Call for HFRI Research Project to support Postdoctoral Researchers.

The Action aims to support young PhD researchers in independently overseeing the implementation of selected research projects of high scientific quality and excellence as principal investigators. More specifically, the Action aims to establish the appropriate conditions for utilizing existing scientific potential, attracting young scientists working abroad, and developing new perspectives in the scientific and professional careers of postdoctoral researchers.

From Tuesday, May 14, 2024, at 12 pm (EEST) until Thursday, June 20, 2024, at 1 pm (EEST), exclusively through the HFRI Web Portal (https://portal.hfri.gr/) interested Postdoctoral Researchers will be able to submit their Proposals in a scientific field/subfield of one of the nine following Scientific Areas: Physical Sciences, Engineering Sciences and Technology, Life Sciences, Agricultural Sciences – Food Science, Mathematics and Information Sciences, Social Sciences, Humanities and Arts, Environment and Energy, Management and Economics of Innovations. The total budget for the Call is 9.250.000,00€, and the duration of the projects may vary from 18 to 24 months.
