The Call aims to support PhD Candidates (PC) so that they may conduct high-level research in Greece. This Hellenic Foundation for Research and Innovation (H.F.R.I.) action, provides funding to PCs so that they may author their doctoral dissertations in Greek Higher Education Institutes (AEI) and Higher Education Military Institutes (ASEI). The duration of the funding (in the form of a scholarship) is from 12 to 36 months.
